Trajectories and input scripts at ZDV IRODS under /zdv/project/m2_trr146/a3/Probe_ActiveBath/

Description:

All the data is in the location:

"/zdv/project/m2_trr146/a3/Probe_ActiveBath/" on iRODS. Within this directory the data are divided up into sub-directories according to the system properties:

SoftMatter2022: contains all the data for the Soft Matter paper 2022 there is a subdirectory called Perturb which contains the perturbation data to test the 1FDT
Drag_Force: contains data for a probe dragged by an external force
Harmonic_Potential: contains data for a probe in a harmonic potential
Probe_Radius_Change: contains data for probes of different radii
Bubble: contains data for the transparent, convective probe
ALP_Bath: contains data for the velocity correlations among ALPs

All data is stored as gzip compressed files which are named accoring to the parameters of the simulation with the following formats:

SoftMatter2022: f[activity]_p[bath density].tar.gz (file contains all of the independent trial runs, probe radius is always R_p=3)
Perturb: perturb_a[perturbation strength]_f[activity].tar.gz (file contains all of the independent trial runs as well as all of the different bath densities, probe radius is always R_p=3, value of [perturbation strength] is in [10^{-1}] units)
Drag_Force: drag_f[activity]_p[bath density].tar.gz (file contains all of the independent trial runs as well as all of the different pull forces, probe radius is always R_p=3)
